In Kindergarten we learn so much about letters, numbers, patterns, stories, following routine, and how to be a friend. Imagination and creativity are everywhere. In our class, learning is accomplished through active, hands-on exploration and discovery. There will be many opportunities to see, do, touch, and experience things. Our goal is to follow the interests of your children and incorporate the curriculum into the things they love. Sometimes the process is more important than the product so ask your child to explain the crafts they make, the pictures they draw, the sculptures and structures they create.

To many of us the picture above could be described as a ramp or maybe even a big mess!
If you asked the child who created it he would explain that it was a ROCKET LAUNCHING SYSTEM! He used problem solving skills along with his classmates to create just the perfect angle for his ramp. I wonder what he will design next????????
